Ganesh Anuratha Gayathri
Chair
Gayathri is a second-year Science student at Victoria Junior College (VJC), taking Biology, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Economics. Before she came to VJC, she was unfamiliar with Model United Nations (MUNs). However, once she discovered the iGlobe CCA she became fascinated by the nuances of MUNs and their significant role in promoting international dialogue and understanding. By chairing, she hopes to enhance her critical thinking skills. When she is not worrying about her grades, she enjoys immersing herself in thrilling series or getting lost in captivating books, often to the point where she forgets what time it is. Through SMC, she wishes to hone her leadership skills and forge new friendships.

Boh Tuang Min Jolin
Chair
Jolin is a second-year Science student at Victoria Junior College, taking Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Economics. Jolin has always wanted to participate in Model United Nations (MUNs) since secondary school as her friends had talked about how MUNs allowed them to learn important skills and interact with many different people. Relatively new to MUNs, she has already found it to be an enriching experience and is looking forward to more MUNs in the future. In her free time, Jolin enjoys going to cafes or shopping with friends. She also enjoys binge-watching content on Netflix and YouTube. For SMC 2025, she hopes that participants challenge themselves and make meaningful connections with different people outside of their usual social circle.
Jolin can be contacted at smc2025cabA@gmail.com
Krithika
Head Chair
Kirthika is a second-year Science student at Victoria Junior College. Having been in the debating circuit since secondary school, she has always been intrigued by the complexity of contemporary issues. Her journey in Model United Nations (MUNs) started as a means to gain confidence in public speaking and diplomacy, eventually inspiring her to take on the role of Head Chair. Kirthika also enjoys spending time with her family at the beach or chasing sunsets with her friends. Kirthika hopes that through SMC, all representatives will step out of their comfort zones and challenge themselves, gaining a rewarding experience while building meaningful connections with those around them to make SMC 2025 truly unforgettable.
Krithika can be contacted at smc2025cabB@gmail.com
Aryan Raj Singh
Chair
Aryan is a second-year Science student from Victoria Junior College, juggling Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Economics—a mix that keeps him constantly challenged. Aryan’s journey into the world of Model United Nations (MUNs) began last year, inspired by his interest in global issues and a desire to test his limits in public speaking and diplomacy. Now, as a chair for SMC 2025, he is excited to help create an environment where participants feel empowered to express their ideas and perspectives. When Aryan is not busy with MUNs or academics, you might find him playing basketball, diving into a good mystery novel, or experimenting with new music playlists. Through SMC, he hopes representatives will walk away with a stronger voice, a sense of camaraderie, and memories that will make the whole experience unforgettable.
Aryan can be contacted at smc2025cabB@gmail.com
Darth Tejas Sarvaiya
Chair
Darsh is a second-year Science student at Victoria Junior College, balancing a rigorous academic load with a vibrant passion for music. Studying Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Economics, he's constantly challenged to think critically and solve complex problems. Last year, he discovered the world of Model United Nations (MUNs) and was captivated by the energy and intellectual stimulation. He is excited to take on the role of Chair for SMC 2025, hoping to create a dynamic and engaging environment for representatives as well as viewing MUNs from a different perspective. When he is not studying or debating, you might find him behind the DJ decks, mixing beats and dropping basslines. He hopes to bring that same energy and creativity to the Chair's table, making the conference fun and engaging for everyone.
Darsh can be contacted at smc2025cabB@gmail.com
Yong Hon Zhi
Head Chair
Charu is a second-year Science student at Victoria Junior College who has a fond passion for the MUN circuit. With an avid interest in current affairs, Charu regularly reads articles from reputable sources to keep herself updated and further develops her knowledge by participating in MUNs. When not rushing through lectures, she can be found indulging in different cuisines and experimenting with novel recipes at the expense of burning down her house as she strongly embraces the quote, “You only live once”. Simultaneously, she loves exploring avenues to cultivate new friendships, especially through various volunteering opportunities, as she believes that engagement with individuals of multifaceted backgrounds will enhance the tapestry of her insights. As the Head Chair, Charu hopes that SMC will provide representatives with the platform to engage in meaningful discussions revolving around current affairs while building lasting friendships.
Hon Zhi can be contacted at smc2025cabB@gmail.com
Adithya
Chair
Adithya is a second-year Science student at Victoria Junior College, balancing Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and Economics. He first joined Model United Nations (MUNs) out of curiosity and the urge to dive into the world of debate and diplomacy, and it quickly turned into a new passion. When not busy with assignments, he can usually be found battling in Brawl Stars, exploring worlds on Roblox, binging Netflix, or catching up on precious sleep. Through SMC 2025, he hopes all participants walk away with new confidence in sharing their ideas, along with friendships and memories that last long after the conference.
Adithya can be contacted at smc2025cabB@gmail.com
Krutii Sakthis Kumar
Head Chair
Krutii is a second-year Science student at Victoria Junior College, taking Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Economics. Krutii ventured into Model United Nations (MUNs) in 2023 out of a desire to hone her debating skills and critical thinking, and has learned more about the MUN process as a whole. She chose to become a chair out of a desire to view MUNs from a different perspective than the one she has had so far; as a participant. Krutii’s hobbies include traditional Indian dance, as well as reading classic literature and philosophy. She hopes that through SMC 2025, participants can gain a deeper appreciation for the MUN process, as well as develop their ability to express their ideas eloquently.
Krutii can be contacted at smc2025cabc@gmail.com
Diya
Chair
Diya is a second-year student at Victoria Junior College taking Geography, Literature, Economics and Mathematics. Driven by a keen interest in global affairs and international conflicts, Diya embarked on her Model United Nations (MUNs) journey in 2024 and enjoyed analysing issues through the lenses of different international stakeholders. In her spare time, Diya enjoys reading and watching true-crime documentaries. She hopes that through SMC 2025, representatives will leave the conference having forged lasting connections and refined their skills.
Diya can be contacted at smc2025cabC@gmail.com
Sim Kai Rui
Head Chair
Kai Rui is a second-year Arts student at Victoria Junior College. He takes China Studies in English, Economics, History, and Mathematics, the bane of his existence. He often scratches his head over this subject combination due to the heavy content workload. Sadly, he has been described as a Science kid in the Arts stream. Outside of drowning in Complex Numbers, he can be found randomly taking trains to various places in Singapore, or arguing with his peers about the socioeconomic and political state of the world. He can also be found watching his umpteenth screening of Casino Royale or yet another episode of Arcane. Essentially trilingual, he also likes switching between languages in the middles of his sentences to confuse people, especially when he is talking about something related to culture (which happens too often) This is his first time chairing at a Model United Nations (MUNs), and he hopes that representatives will have rich and interesting conversations about various issues in Singapore today, make new friends, and most importantly, have fun.
Kai Rui can be contacted at smc2025cabD@gmail.com
Cordelia
Chair
Cordelia is a second-year Arts student at Victoria Junior College with a very unconventional subject combination of Literature, History, China Studies in English and Mathematics. Undoubtedly a very heavy subject combination, she felt that these subjects could serve her love and flair for writing. Cordelia’s venture into Model United Nations (MUNs) started in 2024 when she decided that she wanted to try something totally different from her past experiences as well as one that was also aligned with the subjects she is taking. Cordelia can often be found immersed in her world of Chinese, Korean and Thai dramas. When not suffering from post-drama depression, she can also be found drumming away to her favourite songs. She hopes that through SMC 2025, representatives will gain a newfound passion for current affairs and most importantly forge long-lasting friendships with fellow representatives in the long run.
Cordelia can be contacted at smc2025cabD@gmail.com
Soh Xue Qi
Chair
Xue Qi is a second-year student from Victoria Junior College, navigating the unusual combination of Chemistry, Literature, Economics, and Mathematics. She chose this combination, hoping it would satisfy her love for both the sciences and the humanities, yet Chemistry has proven to be an uphill battle as she struggles to remember the difference between an alkene and an alkane. Her Model United Nations (MUNs) journey began in secondary school thanks to a school program that gave her opportunities to not only attend MUNs but to also chair one of her own. This gave her the chance to learn more about current affairs and explore different perspectives. Outside of her studies, Xue Qi loves unwinding with Law and Order marathons and disappearing down rabbit holes of video essays on the strangest topics. Through SMC 2025, she hopes that representatives will get to delve deeper into Singapore's policies and create long-lasting friendships with like-minded peers.
Xue Qi can be contacted at smc2025cabD@gmail.com
Tan Yuan Xi
Chair
Yuan Xi is a second-year student at Victoria Junior College, who takes the all too basic yet heart-wrenching combination of Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and Economics. She often questions why she is in the Science stream, but cannot grasp the logic of most musicals, poems and artworks deeply either. Yuan Xi’s long delayed adventure in the Model United Nations (MUNs) circuit began in 2023 when she was looking for some variation and fun outside of the debate circuit, which her social soul has happily found in MUNs. During the time she spends procrastinating on tutorials, if not spent calculating how she can maximise her savings on lattes and pasta, she can be found watching travel documentaries and fixing her own cultural heritage project so she can find more people to fangirl over museums and cultural myths with.
She hopes that through SMC, more students can find joy in taking part in MUNs not just to study issues around the world but pay more attention to the silent problems plaguing different groups of people closer to home
Yuan Xi can be contacted at smc2024.cabinete@gmail.com
Siak Hin Wai
Chair
Hin Wai is a second-year Science student at Victoria Junior College, who takes the most basic but arguably best subject combination of Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and Economics. Although he feeds into that constant delusion, deep down he might have realised a few months too late that his subject combination might not have been that good of a choice. Regardless, he continues to persevere both academically and non-academically. Somehow, he found himself smacked into the middle of SMC. Despite his initial interest in politics and law, he underestimated the true depth of Model United Nations (MUNs). Still, he took opportunities to explore the world of MUNs, and now, he hopes to take this opportunity as a chair in SMC 2025 to develop his experience in MUNs. Aside from this, sports plays a strong presence in his life. Tennis has been a part of his life for ten years, from ten to ten till he is tan. Maybe because of all these activities, he fails to have a fulfilling social life, hence through SMC 2025, he hopes to make new connections with everyone.
Hin Wai can be contacted at smc2025CabE@gmail.com
Joyleen Tan Xin Yu
Head Chair
Joyleen is a second-year Science student at Victoria Junior College (VJC), taking Biology, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Economics (despite having no aspirations of studying medicine). Joyleen’s venture into Model United Nations (MUNs) started in 2021 when her friend convinced her that MUN was simply a chit chat session, and she did not even know a ROP existed. She has since known better. When not stressed by academics (aka 0.1% of the time), Joyleen can be found engaging in an intense game of intellectually stimulating card games or holding herself back from indulging in her very unsustainable hobby of attending concerts. She sincerely hopes that through SMC 2025, representatives will have bountiful takeaways through the rigorous discussions, forge new friendships and of course have fun!!
Joyleen can be contacted at smc2025cabA@gmail.com
Liou Kai Ling Natalie
Chair
Natalie is a second-year Science student at Victoria Junior College, taking Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Economics. She has a lot of friends who have participated in Model United Nations (MUN) and she thought that it seemed extremely intriguing. The interesting experiences shared by her peers who have taken part in MUNs eventually convinced Natalie to be part of it. Other than MUNs, Natalie dabbles in a bit of arts and crafts in her free time. She enjoys playing online games like Roblox when she is feeling particularly bored. She hopes that through SMC 2025, participants will learn more about the topics they have chosen as well as take their critical thinking skills to the next level.
Natalie can be contacted at smc2025cabA@gmail.com
Ang Jie Han
Chair
Jie Han is a second-year student at Victoria Junior College. He was gravely mistaken in thinking that he had a strong memory, and decided to take the horrifyingly memory-crunching combination of Biology, Chemistry, Mathematics and Geography. Jie Han somehow became a chair for SMC, despite initially joining Model United Nations (MUNs) thinking they were more of acting than debating. When he is not stressed out trying to catch up with his lecture debt, Jie Han stresses about settling work in the Students' Council. When he does get free time, he likes travelling around Singapore to chat and try new foods with his friends and loved ones. Through SMC, Jie Han hopes participants will gain a mix of confidence, diplomacy, and maybe even a newfound love for public speaking (or at least learn to tolerate it). And yes, he promises the debates will be more thrilling than any 1 hour long SLS lecture.
Jie Han may be contacted at smc2025CabE@gmail.com
Sneha Susan Thomas
Chair
Sneha is a second-year student at Victoria Junior College, taking the classic Arts subject combination of History, Economics, Literature and Mathematics. Sneha’s journey into Model United Nations (MUNs) started with a fascination for global issues and a desire to develop public speaking skills. Outside the world of MUNs, Sneha is often on the hunt for her next psychological thriller to watch or curled up with a captivating novel. Through SMC 2025, Sneha hopes participants will leave with a renewed confidence in voicing their opinions and newfound friendships that last far beyond committee rooms.
Sneha can be contacted at smc2025cabC@gmail.com
Hurditya Mukund
Chair
Hurditya is a second-year student at Victoria Junior College, taking the frankenstein of a subject combination that is Physics, Mathematics, Economics and History. He first entered the Model United Nations (MUNs) scene in 2024 in order to satiate his palate for learning about various issues and foreign relations, which has allowed him to realise that there are no simple solutions to the complex problems that permeate our world. While not being extremely flustered at the mere thought of academics and exams, Hurditya makes atrociously bad videos for his YouTube channel (which you all should subscribe to). He sincerely hopes that through SMC 2025, representatives will gain insights into the world of policymaking, understanding and appreciating the complexities that go into drafting legislation and deciding what policies to implement.
Hurditya can be contacted at smc2025cabC@gmail.com
Neyati Umamaheswar
Chair
Neyati is a second-year student with a pretty basic subject combination of History, Economics, Literature, and Mathematics. Rather than diving into heated debates, she prefers engaging in more measured, diplomatic discussion, one of the reasons she is part of iGlobe rather than debate. Her interests lie in uncovering the nuances of global issues, understanding diverse perspectives, and finding thoughtful solutions to complex questions. Outside of academics, Neyati enjoys reading and expanding her knowledge across a range of subjects, which helps her bring depth and insight to her conversations. She also enjoys discussing very polarising issues just for the fun of it! Through SMC 2025, she hopes to broaden her understanding of Model United Nations (MUNs) chairing and form meaningful connections with representatives who share her curiosity and dedication and engage in fruitful discourse.
Neyati can be contacted at smc2025cabD@gmail.com
Yaalni Chandirasekar
Chair
Yaalni is a second-year Science student at Victoria Junior College, who takes the very standard subjects; Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics, together with the slightly less standard contrasting subject of Literature. She decided to be a chair as she enjoys guiding up-and-coming participants, and believes in the value of meaningful debate from SMC. Outside of the Model United Nations (MUNs) scene, she enjoys watching movies, reading, writing and doomscrolling (which unfortunately takes up most of her time). She hopes that from SMC 2025, representatives can gain meaningful experiences and forge strong new friendships, and that they get inspired to continue participating in more such events.
Yaalni can be contacted at smc2025cabE@gmail.com
